Laconia------Lou E. Fournier 69, of Joliet Street passed away at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center January 2, 2017 after a brief illness.
Born in Tilton, New Hampshire, May 26, 1947 to the late Albert and Enid (Kimball) Robert. Lou worked as a legal secretary at Martin, Lord and Osman P.A. for 49 years. She loved her Sunday afternoons watching NASCAR racing, tending to her flower gardens and was an avid reader.
Lou is survived by her loving husband of 49 years, Lincoln Fournier of Laconia; her grandson Peter Schroeder III and his wife Amanda of Gilford; her brother Bruce Simpson and his wife, Effie of Boise Idaho and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents she is predeceased by her loving daughter, Jennifer L. Fournier in 2012.
Per Lou's wishes there will be no calling hours.
Services will be private.
