Jason David Logan, age 36 of Taunton, passed away on December 31, 2016 at Boston Medical Center.
Jason was the son of Linda (Sargent) Logan of North Dighton and son of the late David W. Logan.
Funeral services were privately held with The Silva Funeral Home of Taunton
