Obituary

Minnie K. (Brindley) Feeley, of Tewksbury, formerly of Arlington and Follansbee, W. Virginia, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on January 2nd, at the Saints Memorial Hospital in Lowell. She was 87.

Born in Follansbee, WV, she was the daughter of the late George and Mary (Bullock) Brindley. Minnie attended local schools and graduated from the Brook High School. Following high school, Minnie worked in Washington's War Dept. While working in Washington, she lived on the grounds of the Arlington National Cemetery. Later in her career she worked for the Dept. of the Navy.

In her free time, Minnie enjoyed to read, especially the Holy Bible. She was a woman of great faith and always strove to live her life for the Lord. She loved sing and always enjoyed listening to the radio. Minnie always enjoyed making her own bread and clothing. She took pride in making her daughter's wedding gown. Minnie loved her family and the people in her life and they'll always remember her as loving and supportive.

Minnie was the beloved wife of the late Robert J. Feeley, Sr., with whom she shared many loving years of marriage. She was the devoted mother of Robert J. Feeley, Jr. and his wife Deborah of Reading, Joseph Feeley and his wife Jo-Ann of Burlington, Patricia Cross and her husband David of Tewksbury. She was the loving grandmother of ten and loving great grandmother of two. Minnie was the dear sister of Manny Brindley and his wife Rose of WV, Mary and May (Brindley) and the late Reggie Brindley. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held in the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main Street, Medford, on Saturday, January 7th at 10AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours will be held on Friday from 4 through 8PM. Services will conclude with interment at Tewksbury Cemetery, Tewksbury.
