Beverly L. Buiak, 84, of Apple Valley Parkway, died Saturday in the Miriam Hospital Providence. She was the wife of Peter Buiak, Jr.
Born in Providence, a daughter of the late Bryan K. and Lillian G. (Burgess) Annable. She had lived in Smithfield for 49 years. She was a Medical Assistant for cardiologist Dr. Joseph Mazza at retirement and previously with Cardiology Associates, and also Richard Kuhn, MD.
Besides her husband of 19 years, she leaves her children, Cheryl A. Dawson and her husband Burl of South Kingstown, Leigh A. MacPhee and her husband Raymond Laliberte of Chepachet and John C. MacPhee III and his wife Erin of Foster, Grandmother of Kyle M. Dawson of South Kingstown, John C. MacPhee IV and Madeleine L. MacPhee both of Foster and a step-brother Bryan K. Annable, Jr. of Prospect, CT. For 39 years she was the wife of the late John C. MacPhee, Jr. and sister of the late Mary Bailey, Elaine Kuhn and Marjorie Forbes.
A Memorial Service to which relatives and friends are invited will be held Saturday at 10am in the Anderson-Winfield Funeral Home, Greenville Common, Greenville. Interment will follow in Acote’s Hill Cemetery, Chepachet. In lieu of flowers donations in her memory may be made to the American Heart Association, P.O.
