INDIAN ORCHARD – Theresa C. (Bolduc) Flebotte, 86, of the Indian Orchard section of Springfield, was Called Safely Home on Christmas Day, Sunday, December 25, 2016. She passed into Eternal Life at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Springfield on October 15, 1930, a beloved daughter of the late Arthur W. and Marie A. (Deslaurier) Bolduc. She was raised in Indian Orchard, graduated from Cathedral High School in Springfield, and had lived in Indian Orchard most of her life. She was co-owner and operator of Flebotte’s Variety in Indian Orchard for many years. She was a communicant of the former Saint Aloysius Church and Saint Jude Church, both in Indian Orchard. She currently was a communicant of Saint Anne Church in Chicopee. Above all, she was a loving mother and grandmother who showered her family with her love and affection which was returned to her a thousand fold. She leaves her former husband, Edmond Flebotte of Agawam; her three loving children, Amy L. Grabowski and her husband, Michael, of Holyoke, Denise M. Sorrell of Enfield, CT and Richard E. Flebotte and his wife, Shirley, of Ludlow; her six cherished grandchildren, Michael P. Grabowski, Adam F. Grabowski and his wife, Rose, Christopher J. Sorrell and his wife, Sierra, David E. Sorrell, Angela Garcia and her husband, Larry, and Eric R. Flebotte and his wife, Laura; her many cherished great-grandchildren; and her many dear nephews, nieces, cousins, friends and extended members of the Flebotte and Bolduc families. In addition to her parents, she was also predeceased by her two dear brothers, Arthur and Aime Bolduc; and her dear sister, Rita “Tootsie” Provost. Her funeral will be held on Friday morning, December 30, 2016 beginning at the St. Pierre-Phaneuf Fairview Chapels, (413-533-3307), 506 Britton Street, Chicopee, MA 01020, (funeral home will open at 8:30 a.m.), followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. at Saint Anne Church, 30 College Street, Chicopee, MA 01020. Her burial will follow the Mass at Saint Aloysius Cemetery, 1273 Berkshire Avenue, Springfield, MA 01151. Her family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, December 29, 2016 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. The parking lot is located in the rear of the funeral home.
