MaryLouise Loretta Vilela, age 91, of Somerset, passed away on Thursday, December 22, 2016. She was the wife of the late Albert “Bat” Vilela Sr., and daughter of the late William J. and Merillda (Levesque) Montgomery. MaryLouise loved to care for her children and her grandchildren.
She is survived by her sons, Albert Vilela Jr., Scott Vilela both of Somerset, and Randy Vilela (wife Colleen) of Swansea, daughter in laws; Susan Vilela of Fall River and Sandra Vilela of Somerset, sister; Martha McClung, 7 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. She was also pre deceased by her 7 sisters and 5 brothers.
Her calling hours will take place in the Manuel Rogers & Sons Funeral Home 1521 N. Main St. Fall River on Thursday from 5-8 P.M. Internment is private. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in her name to the American Heart Association Founder’s Affiliate, P.O. Box 417005, Boston, MA 02241-7005.
