Carmon L. Coffin

Of Gorham Maine passed away from a longtime illness with his loving family by his side.

He was a great man who would do anything to help his family and friends out. He served in United States Air Force and retired as a Master Sergeant after 21 years. He then went on to become a Master Oil and Gas Burner Technician working for Irving Oil. He then retired from that profession to do the best job in the world as a full-time Grandpa for his many grandkids that he loved dearly.
He was predeceased by his mother Leona Coffin, father Harold Coffin Sr., and brother Harold Coffin Jr.
He is survived by his loving wife of 25 years Janet A. Coffin of Gorham and his children. Jerrad and his wife Kimberly Coffin of Naples, Harold and his wife Joan of Buxton, James and Katie of Cumberland, David and Barbara Kane of Standish, Charlene Coffin and Joshua Johnson of Casco, Melinda of California, and Sarah of Washington.
His grandchildren of Danielle Taylor, Tory Coffin, Alec Coffin, Harold Coffin, Joseph Coffin, Ayana Coffin, Jeremiah Coffin, Silas Johnson, Tyson Coffin, Christopher Coffin, Sophia Johnson, Ava Coffin, and one great grandchild Joanmarie Taylor.
Siblings of Gene Coffin, Margaret Russell, and Anne Guzman.
Some nephews and one special niece Tammy.
At this time, we would like to give a special thanks to Danielle Taylor and Benjamin Woodcock for helping of Carmon’s wife in the care of him during the time of his illness and to the dedicated people of Southern Hospice.
There will be a graveside service in the spring.
