Jean C. (Pelosi) Bravoco 78, of Franklin, died peacefully, Wednesday December 7, 2016 at Milford Regional Medical Center following a long illness. She was the beloved wife of Vincent Bravoco, Jr. and had just celebrated their 58th wedding anniversary on Nov. 30th.
Jean, formally of Boston's North End, a daughter of the late Anthony and Bernadette (Terranova) Pelosi, she was a Franklin resident since 1965.
She was raised and educated in Boston and graduated from Girls Latin School. She worked for many years as a hairdresser in downtown Boston. Following her family moving to Franklin, she became a homemaker and was a devoted wife and mother. Her children and family were everything to her. Jean loved cooking, entertaining and being around people.
She was a member of the Jehovah's Witness Kingdom Hall of Franklin.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by 2 sons, Vin Bravoco III and his wife Aisel of Ayer, MA, Richard Bravoco, Sr. and his wife Stephanie of Millis, grandchildren, Anna Rosalina Vares and her husband Ryan, Vincent Bravoco IV and his wife Deanna, Richard Bravoco, Jr. and his wife Samantha, Michael Bravoco and his wife Jamie, great grandchildren Charlotte & Vincent Bravoco, V.
She was the sister of the late Anthony "Sonny" Pelosi and Joanne Sabbio.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral service Tuesday Dec. 13th, at 10AM in the Charles F. Oteri & Son Franklin Funeral Home 33 Cottage St. Interment will follow at Union Street Cemetery, Franklin.
