Virginia L. "Ginny" (Stoutenburgh) Nasuti 74, of North Port, Florida and a former longtime Franklin resident, died peacefully, Monday December 12, 2016 at a family residence in North Falmouth, following a long illness. She was the beloved wife of John P. "Jack" Nasuti.
Born in Abington, Pennsylvania November 1, 1942, a daughter of the late John L. and Lucy E. (Frederici) Stoutenburgh, she lived in Franklin for many years, until moving to Blackstone and then relocating to North Port, Florida. Mr. & Mrs. Nasuti also maintain a summer residence in Plymouth.
Before retiring, Ginny owned and operated the former Bridal Affair, which was located on East Central St. in Franklin.
Ginny was a member of the Massachusetts Citizens for Life Committee and enjoyed golf and antique car cruising.
Surviving in addition to her husband of 53 years are 74 direct descendant's, including 2 sons, William J. Nasuti and his wife Casandra of Plymouth, Peter J. Nasuti and his wife Kathleen of Blackstone, 8 daughters, Janine M. Gonya and her husband John of Blackstone, Debi L. DiColella and her husband John of Mendon, Michelle E. Newman and her husband Robert of Franklin, Marie E. VanSaun and her husband Richard of Medway, Catherine A. Centrella and her husband Paolo of Acton, Theresa R. Daigle and her husband Thomas of North Carolina, Elizabeth S. Zych and her husband John of Mendon, Gina M. Titmus and her husband Thomas of North Attleboro, 50 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. Also surviving are 2 brothers, John Stoutenburgh III, of Minnesota and Charles Stoutenburgh of Mississippi, and a host of nieces, nephews and extended family members.
She is also the sister of the late Lucy and Betty Lou Stoutenburgh.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral Mass Saturday December 17th, at 11:00AM in St. Mary's Church, 1 Church Square Franklin. Interment will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery.
