Dorothy M. Hill, 90, went to heaven Thursday, December 22, 2016.
She was a member of Rockford Lane Baptist Church and a retired teacher with the Jefferson County Public Schools.
Preceded in death by her parents, Myrtle and Jesse Mullins; sisters, Mary Parks and Leta Faye Rasmussen; brothers, Moon, James and Sam Mullins.
Dorothy is survived by her husband of 68 years, James M. Hill; children, Diane K. Davidson (Paul), James E. Hill (Linda), Charles A. Hill (Phyllis) and Barbara J. Roberts (Pebble); brother, Edwin “Pudge” Mullins; seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
Funeral service will be Tuesday at 11 A.M. at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens (West).
Visitation will be Monday 2 P.M. until 6 P.M. at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to her church.
