Ronald G. Brodeur 54, of Woonsocket, died peacefully Thursday December 15, surrounded by his loving family in the Philip Hulitar Center in Providence. He was the loving husband of Michelle Gauvin. Ron was born in Woonsocket, a son of the late Gerard and Madeleine (Billiet) Brodeur. He was a cabinet maker for Laminated Products, retiring in 2014 due to illness. Ron was a hardworking man who enjoyed plying his cabinet making and handyman skills for his friends and family. He also enjoyed working in arts and crafts, quilting and embroidery.
Besides his wife, he is survived by three daughters; Kayla Roach of Albion, Sarah and Deana Gauvin, both of Woonsocket, a son; Danny Gauvin of Woonsocket, nine grandchildren, and three sisters; Olga, Doris, and Pauline. He was also the brother of the late Gerald and Roger Brodeur, and Dorothy Bosworth.
