Eleanor E. Altimar (Tucker) of Natick, passed away peacefully December 17th at home with her loving husband Thomas Altimar by her side. Born September 9th 1929 in Brockton, MA she was the daughter of the late Eva and George Tucker. Eleanor was raised in Brockton and graduated from Brockton High School. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother who always put her family first. Besides her family her love and devotion to animals of all kinds was her passion. She was an avid collector of anything to do with owls and enjoyed traveling, playing bingo, doing puzzles, shopping at Flea Markets and taking trips to the casinos. She was retired and previously worked as a waitress at the York Steak House in Natick. Beloved wife of Thomas C., Mother of the late Sheryl J. Benoit and her husband Joseph Benoit of Stoughton, Clayton S. Mitchell and his wife Dawn of West Alexandria, Ohio, and Joseph H. Beaudreau and his wife Mary Fahy-Beaudreau of Brockton. Grandmother of Heather Wilson and her husband Michael of Franklin, William Benoit and his wife Lina of Norton. Great grandmother of Haley and Alyssa Wilson of Franklin. Sister of the late Marion, Walter, George and Roy Tucker. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
