Also survived by 6 great-grandchildren. Brother of the late Jean Lamothe.
Graduate of Boston Latin School and Harvard University. Vice President of H.J. Dowd Co. of Cambridge. Active in Wellesley Little League Baseball and CYO at St. James Church. Coached Women’s High School Basketball. Started AAU Women’s Basketball in New England.
Funeral from the George F. Doherty & Sons Funeral Home, 477 Washington St., (Rt.16) WELLESLEY, Monday, Dec. 19 at 11am followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Paul’s Church, Wellesley at 12noon. Relatives and friends kindly invited. Visiting hours at the funeral home, Sunday, Dec. 18 from 2-5pm. Interment in Woodlawn Cemetery, Wellesley.
