Stephen “Mike” Neff, 50, passed away December 15,2016.
He was a Baptist by faith and a member of St. Matthews Masonic Lodge # 906.
Mike is survived by his mother Joyce F. Kirk; daughter Lela E. Lee; grandmother Shirley Oller; Aunts Pat Walker (Fred) and Sharon Taylor (Ronnie) and many other relatives and friends.
Funeral service will be Tuesday 12 Noon at Owen Funeral Home 5317 Dixie Highway with burial in Hack and Oller Cemetery in Grayson Co. Kentucky.
Visitation will be Monday at 11 A.M. until 8 P.M. and after 9 A.M. Tuesday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers donation can be made to the family in care of the funeral home.
