Dyanna Maria Caribe, age 18, of Boston. Dyanna was a recent heart transplant recipient who passed away while studying in her freshman year at Curry College, Milton on December 14, 2016. Beloved daughter of Henry Caribe and Myrna Echevarria. Funeral services will be held at St. Stephen's Episcopal Church 419 Shawmut Ave. Boston's South End on Tuesday December 20, 2016. Visiting with her family at the church from 9:30 am until 11 am. The Funeral Mass will begin at 11 am. Relatives and friends are invited. Interment will follow at Oak Lawn Cemetery, Roslindale.
