Fredia M. (Roberts) Rice, 81, passed away Sunday, December 11, 2016. Born in Hyden, Kentucky, she was a retired sales clerk for the old Bacons and a member of Ormsby Heights Baptist Church.
She is survived by her loving husband of 58 years, James E. Rice; daughter, Gina Carrier (Wayne); and son, Jim Rice (Dana); brothers, Clayton, Thomas and Daniel Roberts; sisters, Mabel Lewis, Mary Dailey; grandchildren, Ashley, Caitlyn , Tristan; and two great- grandchildren.
Her funeral service will be 11 am Friday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway, with burial at Bethany Cemetery.
Visitation will be 4 pm to 8 pm on Thursday.
In lieu of flowers expressions may be made to the Crusade for Children.
