David M. Freeman of Duxbury passed peacefully on Dec 8th, surrounded by family. He was the beloved uncle of Bradford Freeman of NH and Pamela Graham of Alaska. Born in Plymouth March 19, 1937 son of Laurel and Ora Freeman and brother of the late Roger B. Freeman. He graduated from Duxbury HS and later served in the US Army during the end of the Korean conflict. David was a Duxbury Firefighter/EMT for 35 years and also provided radio/TV repair services, through the 60-70's. He loved his church and friends at St Paul's. He has voluntarily maintained the Ashdod Triangle for the last 15 years, studied lighthouses and enjoyed bird watching. Being of gentle spirit, he gave so much of himself by helping others. Calling hours will be held from 9:00 to 11:00AM on Wednesday, December 14, at St Paul's Church of the Nazarene, 136 Summer St, Duxbury. Service will be held at 11:00AM. Internment at Mayflower Cemetery in Duxbury will immediately follow.
