Pauline H. Remillard, 77, of Candia, NH, formerly of Chester, NH, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 7, 2016, surrounded by her loving family at home. Pauline was born September 3, 1939 in New York, NY, daughter of the late Nacter and Aurora (Hamel) Isabelle. She had resided in Candia for the past 12 years, formerly living in Chester, NH for many years. Pauline was a communicant of St. Peter’s Church in Auburn, NH and was involved with the Chester Lions Club. Pauline’s joy came from spending time with her family and friends, making each person feel special and loved. Her favorite past times included playing golf with friends and spending time at the beach.
Members of the family include three sons Daniel Remillard and his wife Corinne of Salisbury, NH, Bryan Remillard and his fiancé Kim of Chester, NH, Jonathan Remillard and his wife Robin of Candia, NH; three daughters, Cathy Guilbeault and her husband David of Portland, OR, Karen Bernier and her husband Max of Candia, NH, Michele Newman and her husband Mark of Chester, NH; 18 grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, four sisters, Doris Murphy of Summerfield, FL, Lorraine DiBenedetto of Salem, NH, Jeanne Gaidis of Wilmington, NC and Diane Sherry of Andover, MA. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Raymond Remillard, in 2004, her daughter, Laurie-Ann Remillard, her grandson, Canaan Bernier, her daughter-in-law, Lee-Ann Remillard and by her four brothers.
Following cremation, memorial calling hours were held Sunday, December 11, 2016 from 1 – 4 pm at the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch St., Derry, NH. A Mass was celebrated on Monday, December 12, 2016 at 10:00 am at St. Peter Catholic Church, 567 Manchester Rd., Auburn, NH. Burial will be in the spring.
