Virginia A. (Pearson) Souza, 78, of Westport died peacefully at home with her loving family by her side on Wednesday, December 7, 2016. She was wife of the late Manuel Souza. Born in Assonet, she was daughter of the late James F. and Agnes V. (Pierce) Pearson.
Survivors include 2 daughters: Donna J. Szela and her husband Richard of Westport and Denise J.P. Larner of Westport; 3 sisters: Estelle M. Proulx of Westport, Linda Pacheco of Westport and Betty Maciulewicz of Shrewsbury, MA; and several nieces and nephews.
Memorial Mass to which relatives and friends are invited will be Friday, December 16, 2016 at Our Lady of Grace Church, Westport at 10:00 A.M.
Private interment will be held at the convenience of the family.
