BROCKTON – Jacqueline “Jackie” Quigley, age 59, of Brockton, formerly of Burlington, died August 16, 2005, after a brief illness. Wife of Roger J. Quigley, Jr. Jackie was born and raised in Burlington to the late Domenic & Ruth (Brown) Battista. She married her high school sweetheart Roger in 1965, and then moved to Brockton in 1972. Jackie was a self educated woman in construction; she was employed as a controller & treasurer with John S. Marini Management Company located in Canton. Longtime active member of the National Assoc. of Women in Construction, loved boating, and enjoyed devoting her time and self to her grandchildren who called her “Nanny Gina”.
Along with her husband she is survived by her two sons James M. Quigley and his wife Vicky of Taunton, Brian K. Quigley and his wife Susan of E. Bridgewater, two sisters Linda A. Hayes of Dracut, and Deborah Cruise of Canton. Also survived by 6 ½ grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
