Mary Louise "Fris" Botelho, 68, of Dartmouth died December 5, 2016 peacefully at home.
She was the daughter of the late Manuel J. and Mary (Barboza) Botelho.
Miss Botelho was born in New Bedford and had lived in New Bedford and Dartmouth most of her life before moving to Orlando, FL 10 years ago.
She was formerly employed as a registered nurse at St. Luke's Hospital for 26 years
Miss Botelho was a graduate of St. Luke's School of Nursing and University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth.
She was a volunteer for Fairhaven Community Nurse Hospice and at a veterinarian office. She enjoyed bowling, reading, King Richard's Fair, whale watching.
Miss Botelho enjoyed the company of her cats, Queen Tabitha I and Doc Holiday.
Survivors include her cousins, Bobby Botelho, Danny Botelho and Melinda Botelho; her aunt, Anna Saulnier; and several other cousins and friends.
Her Graveside Service will be held on Friday, December 16th at 11 AM in St. John's Cemetery. Her Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, April 29, 2017 at 12 Noon in Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church.
