Mary B. (Walsh) Crawford, 104, a resident of the Warde Health Care Center, formerly of North Andover, MA., passed away on Wednesday, December 7, 2016 at the Warde Health Care Center in Windham, New Hampshire.
Born in Lawrence, MA. on March 31st, 1912, she was the daughter of the late Thomas F. Walsh and Nellie J. (McCarthy) Walsh. Mary was a graduate of Saint Mary's High School and then went onto graduate from Lowell State College. She received her Masters Degree from Calvin Coolidge. A teacher for 37 years, Mary taught in Methuen, Wilmington and retired from the Lawrence School System. She was the former President of the Ladies of Merrimack in 1961.
She was the wife of the late Mr. William V. Crawford, Jr.
She was the Aunt of the late Sheila (Redmond) Alartosky
Mary is survived by Sheila's husband Robert Alartosky of Methuen, MA.

Her grand nephew Robert Redmond Alartosky of Long Island, NY
Her Nephew Edward Coffey of Boerne, TX

Mary was the sister of the late Catherine Redmond, Sr. Helen Veronica, S.N.D., Very Rev. John A. M. Walsh, OSA, Brother Joseph Patrick (Charles) C.F.X, Father Thomas Walsh, O.S.A.
