Mark A. Bochman, 59, of Salem, NH formerly of Methuen, MA, died peacefully Sunday, December 4, 2016 at Holy Family Hospital in Methuen.
Mark was born in Methuen, MA on July 20, 1957 and he was the beloved son of the late Carl E. Bochman and the late Patricia (Adams) Bochman. He attended Greater Lawrence Vocational High School and graduated from Webster College with a Master’s Degree. Mark was a career soldier, enlisting in the U.S. Army in 1976 and retiring in 2006 with nearly 30 years of honorable service. He was highly decorated and retired as a Sergeant Major. After retirement, he returned back to Methuen to settle with his family. Mark was a true avid outdoorsman who enjoyed swimming and fishing. He was devoted to his wife and family. Mark touched many lives throughout his entire life.
Mark was the beloved husband to Ingrid Bochman of Salem, NH. He was the devoted father to his sons, Kevin Bochman and his wife Monica of Germany, and Alex Bochman of Salem, NH. Mark was the cherished brother to Debbie Bosco and her husband Vin of Portsmouth, NH, Patty Sleeper of Lawrence, MA, Richard Bochman and his partner, Kathy Giroux of Methuen, MA, Cynthia Hatton of Salem, NH, and Scott Bochman and his wife Marisa of Groveland, MA. Mark was predeceased by his parents.
Friends and family are invited to attend a Funeral Service in the Kenneth H. Pollard Funeral Home, 233 Lawrence Street, Methuen on Saturday, December 10, 2016 at 9:00 am. Interment will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery, Salem, NH with full military honors. Friends will be warmly received in the Kenneth H. Pollard Funeral Home, 233 Lawrence Street, Methuen on Friday, December 9, 2016 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
