DOUGLAS M. DEARING, 94, passed away December 3, 2016.
He was a retired employee of DuPont, a member of Shively Christian Church, and a U. S. Army Air Corps veteran of WW II.
He was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 63 years, Madalyn Ray Dearing, and his brother, Donald Dearing.
Survivors include his children, Ronald D. Dearing (Bonnie) and Sue Ellen Horner (Jack); grandchildren, Glenn Dearing (Karen), Karen Young (Brett), Cayce (Aimee) and Tara Sue Horner; and great grandchildren, Cullen Dearing and Anna Dearing.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Friday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
Visitation will be from 6 – 8 p.m. Thursday.
