CARROLL JONES, 84, passed away December 4, 2016.
He was the former president of Starr Drapery, an usher for the Louisville Bats for 12 years, a member of Ninth & O Baptist Church, and an Army veteran of the Korean War.
Preceding him in death were his parents and his brother, Rev. Bob Jones.
Survivors include his beloved wife of 58 years, Donna (Hysell) Jones; his children, Kerry Wray Jones (Kathy) and Shelly Kay Corder; five granddaughters; five great grandchildren; and his sisters, Mary Kay Jones Alberg and Ruth Ann Thompson (Paul).
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Thursday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway with burial in Evergreen Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4 – 8 p.m. Wednesday and after 11 a.m. on Thursday.
