LILLIAN (SPEARS) THOMAS, 97, passed away on December 2, 2016.
She was a homemaker and a member of St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church.
Preceding her in death was her husband, John V. “Jay” Thomas, grandson, Donnie Clark, her parents, and two brothers.
Survivors include her children, Suzanne Schehr (Ray), Kathleen Browning, Judy Durham (Del), Paula Clark (Don), and Mark Thomas (Renee); 18 grandchildren; 32 great grandchildren; and 3 great great grandchildren.
Her funeral Mass will be celebrated 10 a.m. Monday at St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church, 5431 Johnsontown Road with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
Visitation will be from 1 – 8 p.m. Sunday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to St. Vincent DePaul or Catholic Education Foundation.
