FALL RIVER – Warren L. Young, age 82 of Fall River, passed away on Friday, December 2, 2016 at Charlton Memorial Hospital. He was the son of the late Orall Willis Young and the late Beatrice Maria (Hurlburt) Young.
Warren had worked for the US Government, Pratt & Whitney, and finally retired from Saint Vincent’s Hospital where he was an Orderly. He was also a US Air Force Veteran, having served during the Vietnam War.
He is survived by his daughter Krista McNamara and her husband Joseph of Tiverton, RI; his two grandchildren, Samantha Chamberland and Joseph McNamara; and many nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Leora Beth Johnson, Gliegh Elizabeth Curtiss, Almon James Young, Dorothy Madeline Stevens, Willard H. Young, and Nancy Picard.
His private funeral arrangements are under the direction of the MANUEL ROGERS & SONS FUNERAL HOME, INC.
