ASSONET – Lawrence Freitas, 83 of Assonet, passed away Nov. 29, 2016. He was the son of the late Manuel & Belmira Freitas. Lawrence retired from Anderson Little as a Supervisor. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus, Council 4753 Fr. Joseph Boehr, Tiverton.
Survivors include his son Lawrence D. Freitas, and his daughter Rosemarie Woodstock; 5 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, several nieces & nephews. He was the brother of the late Manuel & David Freitas.
