Robert Eugene "Bob" Davis, 76, of Anderson died November 28, 2016 at St. Vincent Anderson Regional Hospital after a brief illness.
He was born January 8, 1940 in Anderson the son of Edwin and Frances Maxine (Michaels) Davis.
He graduated from Anderson High School in 1959.
He retired from the United States Army then was a route man for Canteen Services.
Survivors include his wife, Barbara Eileen (Bowers) Davis of Anderson whom he married May 25, 1985 in Anderson; his four sons, Tony Davis of Colorado, Troy (Joyce) Davis of Middletown, Patrick Davis of Anderson, Travis Keeney of Anderson; six grandchildren, Michael, Renee, Kathryn, Bradley, Paiton and Trai; two great grandchildren, Brayden and Payton; two brothers, James (Wilma) Davis and Edwin (Pat) Davis all of Lima, OH; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Stephen Shipley.

Services will be Monday at 10 a.m. at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service with Bob Brown of West Cross Street Alliance Church officiating with military rites at the funeral home. Visitation will be from 2 to 5 p.m. on Sunday, December 4, 2016 at the funeral home.
