She was the mother of Kristen Martins of New Bedford, Lauri Martin of New Bedford, Carolyn Martins of New Bedford, and William Martins of New Bedford. She was the grandmother of Aelis Martins and Jordan Tomacik. She was the sister of Andrew Jackson of Fall River.
Mrs Martins was born in New Bedford daughter of Nancy (Hjendall) Jackson of Westport and the late George Jackson. She worked as a cashier at Toys R Us. She liked Music, playing Guitar and loved people in General.
Visiting Hours will be Wednesday from 5-8 P.M. August 17, 2005, at the Perry Funeral Home 111 Dartmouth St. Relatives and Friends are invited to attend. Funeral Services will be at 1:00 P.M. on Thursday August 18, 2005. Burial will take place at St. John Cemetery.
