Stefania Marie Vintos passed away at home on Wednesday November 23rd at the age of 29. Raised in Medford she was a graduate of the Medford Vocational Technical High School with the class of 2005. Stefania worked as a sales associate at the Avenue clothing store in Medford. A loving and proud mother of Marcus, her only child, she could always be seen at her son’s football, baseball and basketball games cheering him on as she was his #1 fan. She loved going to her “Happy Place” the lake house with her son and taking last minute road-trips with her “Rock”, her mother- Debbie. She enjoyed Hampton Beach, Christmas Eve with all her family, doing arts and crafts with Marcus, planning parties, Dunkin Donuts and getting her nails done.
She was the beloved daughter of Deborah Vintos of Medford and loving, proud mother of Marcus Sean Vintos. She was the dear sister of Vasilios Vintos of Medford and his companion Tori Keaney of Shrewsbury. She was a devoted granddaughter of Marie Forgione and the late Richard Forgione, both life-long Medford residents. She was the beloved niece of Linda Cardinale-Forgione of Wilmington, Richard and his wife Lynn of Wilmington, Michael Forgione and his late wife Donna Forgione of Medford. She was a beloved cousin of Deana and Jay Strob of Billerica, Kristine and Michael Nadeau of Billerica, Angela and Michael Tentindo of Wilmington, Michael and Deidre Forgione of Milford, NH, Ashley Forgione of Newport, RI, James Forgione and Taylor Forgione of Center Harbor, NH, Richard Forgione of Wilmington, Ranelle Forgione and her fiancé Joshuah of Hudson, NH and Domenic Forgione of Wilmington. She is also survived by many beloved extended family and friends.
Relatives and friends may visit Thursday, December 1st at the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford from 3 – 6: 30 PM concluding with a prayer service at 6:30 PM. A memorial mass is being planned for a later date at St. Francis of Assisi Parish.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to a “Go Fund Me” account set up in Stefania’s name for the benefit of her son, Marcus.
