Robert J. Rheault, 92, of Methuen, died Friday, Nov. 25th at the Nevins Home in Methuen. Born April 3, 1924 in Lawrence, he attended St. Anne Grammar School and Lynn Classical High School. He proudly served his country in the Army/Air Force during WWII travelling to India and China. He was a District Manager for Chrysler Corporation as well as a service manager at several New England automotive dealerships during his career. Robert was well known for his skill making remote control model airplanes.
He is survived by his four children: Anne Keating of Dracut, Robert Godreau and his wife, Michele Demers of Santa Fe, NM, Karen Tremblay and her husband, James of Methuen, and Richard Rheault and his wife, Barbara of Methuen. He also leaves a brother, Emile Rheault and his wife Violet of Beverly, MA, a sister, Jacqueline Cantin and her husband, Gerry of Merritt Island, FL and a sister-in-law, Gloria Rheault of Hampton, NH. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, three great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife, Dora Claire (Godreau), his wife, Annette L. (Breton), son-in-law, Robert J. Keating, grandson, Robbie Keating, brothers, Andrew and Donald and wife, Mary Ann Rheault and sister-in-law, Rita Breton.
