Sidney Drake "Sid" Kocher, 21, Anderson died Wednesday, November 23, 2016.
Sid was born August 22, 1995 in Noblesville, the son of Jennifer (Colvin) Kocher and Shaun Kocher.
He graduated from Anderson Preparatory Academy in Anderson and was an IT Specialist for Freedom Mortgage in Fishers.
He was a member of Christ Lutheran Church, an Eagle Scout and enjoyed sports and video games and playing with his children.
He was a member of the Elwood National Guard.
Survivors include wife, Bridgette (Cesnik) Kocher of Muncie; his mother, Jennifer (Colvin) Kocher (Daniel Bowmer) of Anderson, father, Shaun Kocher of Anderson, his son, Christian James "CJ" Kocher of Anderson; and stepdaughter, Olivia Cesnik; brother, Jacob Kocher of Anderson, half sister, Emily Kocher of Anderson, half brother, Shaun (Monica) Kocher, II of Anderson; maternal grandparents, Ronald & Dorothy Colvin of Middletown, paternal grandmothers, Janet Armstrong Kocher and Mary Kearns-Kocher; maternal great grandmother, Carol Clark of Seymour and several aunts, uncles, nieces and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his great grandparents, Luther and Enola Steltenpohl, Henry Lee Colvin, his grandfather, Alan Kocher, nephew, Jackson Hampton, uncle Earl Steltenpohl and uncle, Bill Drahn and a cousin, Julie Costello.
Services will be Wednesday at noon at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service with Pastor John Jamerson of Christ Lutheran Church officiating. Burial will follow Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery.
Visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home.
