Robert “Robby” E. Ordway 52, of Londonderry, NH, passed away on Thanksgiving Day, after a long battle with cancer. Robby was born on August 18, 1964 in Marlborough, MA, son of Shirley (Salois) Hamlin and Robert Ordway. He attended school in Lawrence, MA, and he worked in many fields over the years including, masonry, landscaping and lastly Workplace Systems of Londonderry. Robby enjoyed camping and restoring antique furniture but was happiest spending time with his family and friends.
Survivors include his mother Shirley, and his father, Robert Sr., Kimberly Ouellette his partner of 35 years, his twin sister Rhonda Hanright and her husband Lloyd, sisters, Leah Blackington and her husband, Steve and Theresa Dalton and her partner Brian Gordon. Also, several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Robby also had a close relationship with Kimberly’s father Peter Ouellette.
Calling hours were held on Tuesday, November 29, 2016 from 5:00 to 6:30 pm at Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 290 Mammoth Road, Londonderry. A memorial service followed at 6:30 pm in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Greater Derry Humane Society, 11 Beaver Lake Road, Derry, NH 03038.
