Thomas E. Wilson, 62, of Franklin, formerly of Millis, died peacefully in his home on Sunday, November 20, 2016.
Born in Camden, Maine on August 17, 1954, he was the son of Clarence Wilson and Evelyn Wilson Ludwig.
Tom was the loving father of Mathew Wilson of Watertown and Michael Wilson of Somerville. He is also survived by his mother Evelyn of Camden, Maine, brother Larry and sister in-law Debbie, of Enfield, Maine, brother William, of Ashland, and girlfriend Nancy Pickett of Franklin. Tom was predeceased by his father Clarence, sister Linda Wilson Sprague, and sister Carol Wilson Kierstead.
Tom was a man of few words; but for those who were lucky enough to know him, knew him for his kind heart, sincerity, and witty sense of humor. He had a passion for animals, cooking, and marksmanship. He could often be found in the kitchen or at the range perfecting his craft. Tom was pursuing a future in training and taking care of dogs, in memory of his beloved pet Max.
He was most recently an employee of Muzi Motors in Needham.
A memorial visitation will be held on Monday, November 28th from 5-7pm at the Ginley Funeral Home of Franklin; 131 Main St. Franklin (www.ginleyfuneralhomes.com) for anyone who wishes to attend.
