Helen M. (Case) West, 95, of Little Compton passed away on Saturday, November 19, 2016. She was the wife of the late Earle L. West.
Mrs. West was born in Little Compton, daughter of the late George H. and Emma (Davis) Case and had been a lifelong resident of the town. Prior to her retirement, she worked as a self-employed housekeeper and was also the former owner/operator of Earle’s Service Station in Little Compton. Mrs. West enjoyed gardening, cooking, bottle digging and antiquing.
Survivors include her sister: Marjorie Brayton and her husband Arthur of Little Compton; as well as several nieces and nephews.
She was the sister of the late Herbert A. Case, Frannie Sheehan and Betty Shippee.
Funeral service to which relatives and friends are invited will be Saturday, December 3, 2016 at the Potter Funeral Home 11:00 A.M.
Memorial visitation will be from 9:30-11:00 A.M., on Saturday, prior to the service.
Interment will be held at the convenience of the family.
