Mary P. Rempelakis 93, formerly of Natick and Milford passed away at home Friday November 18, 2016.
She was the wife of the late Emanuel N. Rempelakis, WWII Tech SGT and POW.
She is survived by her daughter Ann Horton of Hopkinton, son Marc Rempelakis and his wife Caren of Plympton, daughter in law Lee Ann Rempelakis of Marlborough, two grandchildren, Kali Ann Horton of Hopkinton, Lauren Wojtowicz and her husband Eric of Marlborough, two great grand-children, Aaleyah Horton of Hopkinton, and Gabriel Wojtowicz of Marlborough, her half- sister Patty Ann Cook Fournier and many nieces and nephews.
Mary is pre deceased by her son Thomas Rempelakis, son in law Kevin Horton, and grandson Rory Horton.
She retired from the Natick Elementary School Libraries in June of 1987 after 20 years of service.
Mary was a life member of the Ex POW’s and former member of the League of Women Voters.
Funeral Mass on Tuesday, November 22nd at 11:00 A.M. in St Linus Church, 119 Hartford Street, Natick. Visitation on Tuesday morning beginning at 9:00 A.M. prior to the Mass in the John Everett and Sons Funeral Home, 4 Park Street, at Natick Common.
Burial at Bourne National Cemetery at 2:15 P.M.
