Passed away suddenly Nov. 12, 2016
Preceded in death by parents Everett & Reba; sister Wanda; wife Helen. Survived by many nieces & nephews around the country, some by blood & some by love. Longtime active member of North Presbyterian Church. Served in the US Army, graduate of the U of M, & retired from Burlington Northern. He was a passionate reader; loved sailing, collecting railroad memorabilia & sharing his life with his beloved wife of 66 years, Helen. Memorial Service Monday (11/28) 11:00 AM at NORTH PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH, 2675 E. Hwy 36, North St. Paul, with visitation one hour prior to service. Memorials may be given to North Presbyterian Church or People Incorporated. To honor Darrell, it is requested that those that can, wear purple.
