Haverhill: Marion L. (Fowler) Olesch, 84, of Haverhill passed away Monday November 14 at Wingate at Haverhill.
Born September 10, 1932, the daughter of the late Clinton and Pearl (Wright) Fowler. Marion was formerly of Newburyport before moving to Groveland.
Marion was a graduate of Newburyport High School. She was a stay at home mom until her children were grown when she worked as a designer and assembler at Davco in Haverhill. Marion raised her family in Groveland after marrying her husband the late Donald J. Olesch, Sr. She was an avid reader and enjoyed cooking and crocheting afghans for all her friends and family. Marion and her beloved husband, Donald, enjoyed traveling out to the mid west and especially enjoyed renewing their wedding vows in Hawaii.
She is survived by her daughter, Donna Bonin of Haverhill, four grandchildren, Alethea, Ryan, Corey and Kurt, her great grandchild, Talia, three sisters, Liz, Helen, and Judy and several nieces, nephews and many dear friends. Marion was predeceased by her son Donald J. Olesch, Jr.
Visiting hours will be Friday, November 18, from 10:00 -11:00 AM at the Linnehan-Grondin Funeral Home, 129 Kenoza Ave. Haverhill, MA. A service will take place immediately following at 11:00 AM followed by internment in Riverview Cemetery, Groveland, MA
