Mario Jean-Baptiste (80) of Brockton died November 15th in the Boston Medical Center. He was the husband of Cecilia (Germaine) Jean-Baptiste.
He was born in St. Marc, Haiti son of the late Jean and Aneis (Jean-Baptiste) Charles. Mario worked as a waiter for Legal Seafoods in Boston for many years. He loved watching soccer and talking politics.
In addition to his wife he is survived by 7 sons, Lucner and Louis Charles both of Brockton, Herve and Jean-Claude Charles both of Boston, Fequire Charles of Stoughton, Robinson Charles of Quincy and Maxime Charles of Randolph. 2 daughters, Mirlene Fadel of Canada and Mirtho St Louis of Haiti, 3 brothers, Roger and Phito Charles both of Haiti and Jean Charles of Boston, many grand and great grandchildren.
Funeral Services in the Brockton Haitian Church 940 South Main Street, Brockton Saturday November 26th at 9 am. Burial will follow in Melrose Cemetery. Visitation from 8 am prior to services in the church.
