Cox, James J., (Ret. B.P.D.) of Quincy & Milton, passed away peacefully November 12th. Beloved son of the late C. James Cox (Ret. M.P.D.) and Angela T. (Veneto). Devoted brother of Angela T. Parker & husband Calvin of Milton, Joseph and his wife Joyce of Hull, Stephen of CA and the late Chris and Michael Cox. Dear uncle of Christopher McHugh of ME and Kerri Dalrymple of Hull and their families. Funeral services and burial private. Retired from his career with Boston Police Dept. Marine Corps veteran.
