Ella Marie (Landry) Roy, 90, of Berlin passed away at her residence surrounded by her family. She was born on February 13, 1926 the daughter of Joseph & Marie (St. Pierre) Landry and was a lifelong resident of the Berlin area. She was employed as a Saleswoman for Bell Shop, Langie’s Shoe Store and House of Style. She was a member of Good Shepherd Parish formerly a member of Guardian Angel Church.
Members of the family include her two daughters Anita (Roy) Arsenault and husband Richard of Berlin, and Denise Roy-Palmer and husband Robert Palmer of Wakefield, NH; her four grandchildren Rachel and Daniel Arsenault, and Jacob and Alesia Palmer; and two great grandchildren Jenah and Jace Arsenault. Many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her husband Raymond E. Roy, her sisters Jeannette Piche, Catherine Martin and Bertha Hervieat, and a brother Alfred Landry.
A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Tuesday November 15, 2016 at 1 PM at St. Anne Church of Good Shepherd Parish with interment to follow at St. Anne Cemetery, Berlin.
