Tiziano Spada of Medford died on Tuesday, November 8, at the Massachusetts General Hospital of Boston. Born and raised in Talmassons, Italy, he was the son of the late Antonio and Maria (Pittaro) Spada. Tiziano came to the U.S. in 1964, settling first in Maryland before moving to Somerville in 1965, and then to Medford.
Tiziano was the beloved husband of Fioralba (Fiore) Spada, and the devoted father of Renzo Spada and his wife Maria of Medford, Sandro Spada and his wife Theresa of Saugus, Susan Guarino and her husband Vincent of Stoneham, John Spada and his wife Lisa of Wilmington. He was the loving grandfather of David, Nadia, Christina, Danielle, Alyssa, Stefanie, Robert, Jade, Vanessa, Angela, Landon, and Rachel, and the loving great grandfather of Francesca, Liliana, Joseph, and Ryder.
Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford on Saturday, November 12 at 9AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Joseph Church, 118 High St., Medford, at 10AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford. Visiting hours Friday, November 11 from 4 through 8PM.
