Tudorita "Dorina" (Dumitriu) Kazangian, 82, of Shrewbury, passed away Sunday November 6th at UMass Memorial Hospital. She leaves her beloved husband of 62 years, Vartan Kazangian; a daughter, Amalia Ellis and her husband Lee of Auburn; the light of her life, her granddaughter, Amber Rose Ellis of Auburn; a brother, Nita Dumitriu and his wife Mary of Millbury; several nephews and nieces; and extended family in Romania.
She was born in Constata, Romania, the daughter of Vasile and Jene (Ioana) Dumitriu and lived here for many years. Mrs. Kazangian was a wafer chip techinican for Sprague Electric for 30 years before retiring in 1987. Dorina loved birdwatching, traveling with her family. She will be remembered for her kindness and her home cooked meals.
Friends and relatives may visit from 11:00 A.M. until Noon on Friday, November 11th in O'CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue. Her funeral service will follow at Noon in the funeral home.
