Nancy Elizabeth Cordeiro, age 63, of Fall River, passed away peacefully on November 7, 2016 after battling a lifetime of sickness and a strong battle against cancer. She was surrounded by her loving family at the Vibra Hospital of Southeastern Massachusetts in New Bedford. She was the beloved wife of Manuel Cordeiro. Born in Dorchester, she was the daughter of the late Francis Delaney, Jr. and Mary (Touchette) Delaney.
Along with her husband she leaves behind her son James Cordeiro and siblings Jack Delaney, Robert Delaney, Margaret Delaney and Paul Delaney. She also leaves behind many loved nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brother Francis Delaney.
Her funeral service will take place in the Manuel Rogers & Sons Funeral Home, INC. 1521 N. Main St. Fall River on Thursday at 11:00 A.M. Interment in St. Patrick Cemetery, Fall River.
