Obituary

SOUTH HADLEY – In loving memory of Kyle Mason Lagasse, 23 who went to be in the arms of the Lord on Friday, October 28, 2016. He was the beloved son of the late Thomas C. Lagasse, II and the late Laura S. (Mason) Lagasse. Besides his parents, he was also predeceased by his maternal grandfather, Frederick W. Mason. He was raised in South Hadley, graduated from South Hadley High where he enjoyed being on the Ski and Snowboard Club and participated in the Graphic Design Club. He was a member of the Boy Scout Troop 303 for many years. Kyle was also a member of the Boy Scout Venture Crew Team and he enjoyed fishing. He furthered his education at Endicott College where he received a Bachelor’s in Graphic Design. He was doing freelance work in his field. At Endicott College, he often volunteered his time helping the homeless. He was a member of Second Baptist Church in South Hadley. He leaves his twin sister, Danielle A. Lagasse of South Hadley; his brother, Thomas C. Lagasse, III of Chicopee; his grandparents, Linda S. Mason of South Hadley, Dolly Lagasse of Enfield, CT, and Walter Lagasse and his wife, Eileen, of South Windsor, CT; and many uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews. There will be a Memorial Service on Saturday, November 12, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at the Second Baptist Church, 589 Granby Road, South Hadley, MA 01075. His burial will be held private at Evergreen Cemetery in South Hadley. There are no visiting hours at the St. Pierre-Phaneuf Fairview Chapels, (413-533-3307), 506 Britton Street, Chicopee, MA 01020.
