Edrie Gerhardt, champion golfer and Macy's executive dies at 92.
Edrie Gerhardt was born in Bolivar Missouri and moved to Ventura when she was four years old.
She married Ed Gerhardt and they belonged to the old Saticoy country club. Edrie was passionate about golf and won many tournaments.
Edrie later moved to Palm Desert where she was head of the alterations department at Macy's.
Edrie passed away peacefully on Wednesday November 2nd surrounded by her family.
Edrie is dearly missed by her daughter Sherral Hesterly and her granddaughter Wendy Hesterly and her niece Suellen Terry.
