Obituary

WARRENTON, VA – Lorraine M. (Fontaine) Bail, 86, of Warrenton and a former longtime resident of Chicopee, MA, was called safely home on Monday, October 31, 2016. She passed into eternal life at home surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Holyoke, MA, on February 20, 1930, daughter of the late Alias and Aurora (Riendeau) Fontaine and resided in Chicopee before moving to Warrenton in 2011. She was a former communicant of Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church in Chicopee. She leaves her son, David Bail and his wife, Catherine; her daughter, Denise Bail Rodman and her son-in-law, David Rodman; her grandchildren, David, Timothy, Jeffrey and Lori; her brother, George E. Fontaine; and her many great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and extended members of the Bail and Fontaine families. She was predeceased by her husband, Roderick L. Bail who was called home on October 29, 1997; and her sister, Violet LeBeouf. Family and friends are invited to attend visiting hours on Monday morning, November 7, 2016 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. followed by a 12 p.m. prayer service at the St. Pierre-Phaneuf Aldenville Chapels, 13 Dale Street, Chicopee 01020 (413-532-9806), followed by her burial at Sainte Rose Cemetery, 49 Olsen Street, Chicopee, MA 01020.
