Timothy Michael “Tim” Thompson, 68, passed away October 30, 2016 at his home. Born in Billings, Mt., he was a retired truck driver of 35 years. He was a president of the Mose Green Democrat Club for 15 years, a business agent for Local 89 for ten years, worked for Circuit County Clerk for seven years and was a member of Lyndon Baptist Church.
He is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Linda (Shown); also surviving are his two sons, William B. Thompson, Brian A. Thompson (Kim); sister, Shirley Sullivan; and three grandchildren, Chris Wise, Justin Thompson and Hannah Thompson “ Sweet Pea".
His funeral will be 11 am Thursday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway, with burial at Louisville Memorial Gardens, West.
Visitation will be 4pm to 8 pm Wednesday.
