Arthur F. Hayden age 76 of Methuen, MA, died Friday at Lawrence General Hospital.
He was born in Boston, MA, grew up and was educated in Somerville, MA. He was a resident of Methuen since 1975.
Arthur was retired from A.W. Chesterton Co. in Woburn, MA. He also served for a time on the Auxiliary Fire Department for the City of Somerville. He was a former member of the John Hancock Masonic Lodge in Methuen. He was an avid Red Sox fan and enjoyed Disney, fishing, walking, and gardening, He loved to help his kids with planting flowers.
Arthur was predeceased by his wife Ramona (Hockey) Hayden.
He is survived by his children: James and his wife Jeannie Hayden of Tewksbury. MA, and Rose and her husband Todd Leonard of Pittsfield, NH.

Calling hours will be held Wednesday, Nov. 2nd from 4-7 PM, followed by a funeral service at 7 PM at the Kenneth H. Pollard Funeral Home, 233 Lawrence St, Methuen, MA.
Burial will be private for the family in Elmwood Cemetery, Methuen,
